Vikings Brett Favre is emotionally stressed and has not yet decided on retirement. Brett's brother Scott Favre commented that it is too early for him to decide and if he does now, then in the long run he will know that it was a mistake. "He is emotionally and physically disturbed", Scott explained. Brett told ESPN sunday that it was highly unlikely for him to play again.
Favre told Werder before the game that none of the Viking players had inquired about his future because they were all focused on the game. Favre said that he wasnt quite ready to make his decision of retirement but he wouldnt take long to make his plans this time. Viking players explained that they have had so much fun with Brett, and to see him go would be sad.
"This year could of not have got any better" Brett said. " I really enjoyed the guys" Brett exclaimed.
When Favre was asked if he would come back to get to the Super Bowl and get to the top on things. "I would love to win the Super Bowl. Who wouldnt? Favre said. " "Of course , i cant print anything for you guys but i know im going out on top one way or another. "
Favre has one year left on the two year contract he signed with Minnesota in August. Vikings coach Brad Childress " Im not going to rush him into making a decision on returning for a 20th NFL season. In my opinion i hope Brett stays because i think it will be a regret to him in the long run. (:
